New Tech after Covid-19

How the pandemic accelerated supply chain technology trends: Technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, robotics, real-time data analytics and communications platforms that facilitate telecommuting provide visibility into supply chains and also enable contactless, paperless operations. And although these technologies were used to deal with the immediate impacts of the pandemic, they will have long-term benefits for the performance and resilience of supply chains and businesses. In this session, our speaker examines how the pandemic has accelerated the development and adoption of these technologies and the implications they have for supply chain resilience—both today and in a post-pandemic world.
