What began in March of 2020 at the local supermarket has rippled throughout the U.S. economy – supply chain challenges are now affecting every aspect of our daily lives and how we do business. Demand continues to outpace shipping capacity, labor shortages persist, shipping costs are up, project delays caused by material shortages continue, and pricing stability is nowhere to be found.
