Professor Yossi Sheffi visited Belmont College to give a talk on supply chain resilience and the future of supply chain. 

Professor Yossi Sheffi was scheduled as a speaker at the 6th annual Global Electrification Forum (GEF). The aim of the conference was to highlight the actualities of Transitioning to a Sustainable World through a closer look at the bridges, opportunities, barriers, and risks. 

Through key conversations, panel sessions, fireside chats, and CEO-to-CEO dialogues, 2022's GEF covered a variety of topics including the cross-sectoral transition, geopolitics, supply chains, investment, demographics, innovation, resilience, the psychology of change, and more.

The CEO of the Massachusetts Port Authority participated in a fireside chat with MIT Professor Yossi Sheffi. 

Professor Yossi Sheffi spoke at the Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship annual conference on the future outlook for supply chain and how to manage the current volatile conditions. 

The conference explored how entrepreneurship thrives in traditional corporate environments, shared groundbreaking insights from the MIT community, and built connections with top innovators joining from the world’s leading organizations. 

Professor Yossi Sheffi, Director, MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics, Professor, MIT Institute of Data Science and Society, MIT, was a headliner at the conference and interviewed on-stage, followed by a book signing on his latest book, ‘A Shot in the Arm: How science, engineering and supply chain converged to vaccinate the world’. Yossi took us on the vaccine’s world-changing journey from scientific breakthrough, to coronavirus antidote, to mass vaccination, the mistakes that were made and how the mission could transform the way the world combats
