Yossi Sheffi is an internationally recognized expert in Supply Chain Management, as well as the Director and Systems Engineering Professor at the Center for Transportation and Logistics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). This is a lecture of him speaking to students are the Zaragoza Logistics Center in Spain. The Zaragoza Logistics Center is a part of the MIT CTL Global SCALE Network.
